Chococabin e Chocorecovery take shape. The first, in version 4.0 and maxi, solves all problems related to the use of cocoa butter, gelatin and egg yolk applied by air gun.
Chocorecovery has two versions: T20 and T40. This creates the ideal environment to store or expose the chocolate and fresh pastry constantly managing temperature and humidity.
