We are one of the main protagonists of the Italian market in the creation of ad hoc formats for potential entrepreneurs who want to diversify their business in the food & beverage sector. We are specialized in the design & building of ice cream shops, pastry shops, bakeries, bars and restaurants.

1999

The company takes shape from the initiative of Luca Bogana, already sales agents within the food industry equipment sourcing since 1996.

Bogana is immediately on the market with ambitious goals and is chosen by Irinox for representing the province of Cuneo.

The company’s first demo room was born and a refrigeration technician was added to the staff. Immediately emerges the experience of a professional team familiar with the real needs of the artisans.

Bogana is the first company to organize training courses for bakers/pastry/ice cream makers. The quality defence and the technical innovation at the service of the traditions, become the guidelines of a company philosophy aimed at protecting and supporting the customer.

The results achieved lead to the extension of the Irinox representative mandate to the entire Northwest.

The commercial staff is expanded and the technical assistance sector is strengthened, being this latter the true added value of the services offered by Bogana Fratelli, increasingly attentive to the needs of its customers and able to propose solutions adapted to the various business realities.

Bogana Fratelli buys and builds a new headquarters in Cherasco (CN). The proximity of the Asti-Cuneo motorway exit and the connection to the main arterial roads further improve the company's logistics capacity, now equipped with a fleet of mobile workshops operating 24 hours a day and on holidays.

Chococabin and Chocorecovery were born. The first is able to solve all the problems related to the use of cocoa butter, gelatin and egg yolk sprayed through air guns. In the name of innovation and technology, Chococabin is thus indispensable in any pastry workshop.

Chocorecovery, on the other hand, creates the ideal environment for storing chocolate and fresh pastries, constantly managing temperature and humidity.
